Named for its location on the western edge of Howard County, Maryland, the West End Schutzhund Club became an official USCA Club in September of 2022, with five founding members and quickly grew to 11 members. Our club training day is Sunday and takes place at our home training field in Woodbine, Maryland, as well as nearby local tracking sites.

Our members are dedicated to the sport of Schutzhund and demonstrate that by training and trialing our dogs to the best of their abilities.  We also seek to promote the sport of Schutzhund through positive interactions between working dogs and the community, demonstrating the value of working dogs and their training, supporting and hosting trials and seminars, continually working to better ourselves as handlers, and to never stop developing our bonds and relationships with our dogs through training.
